Delete your account

Deleting your Senti account permanently removes your account and everything synced to it — your collection, wishlist, taste profile and private notes. This cannot be undone.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Senti and go to the Profile tab.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and synced data are deleted right away.

Without the app

No longer have Senti installed? Email [email protected] from the email address your account uses and request deletion — we'll complete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Deleting specific data (without deleting your account)

You can remove individual data anytime in the app: delete fragrances from your collection or wishlist, and delete private notes one by one — removals sync immediately. For any other specific data-deletion request, email [email protected] from your account's email address; we complete requests within 30 days.

Guest data

If you used Senti without an account, your collection and notes exist only on your device and are never uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes them.
